Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):

  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Define annual HSE objectives with a focus on continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental practices.
  • Act as the authority for compliance documentation and ensure ethical behavior across the site.

Manufacturing Leadership:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of manufacturing strategies within the Circular & Low Carbon Solutions business.
  • Collaborate with other managers to enhance manufacturing effectiveness through superior processes and personnel.

Planning and Resource Management:

  • Establish a clear vision and goals for the site, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Champion capital projects that align with business strategies and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage site headcount effectively to maximize value and team performance.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in chemical, mechanical, or process engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the chemical, petrochemical, or recycling industries.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and large projects.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
