This position will be responsible for performing a variety of accounts receivable duties to aid in ensuring that company’s client billing and collection of delinquent accounts are accurate, timely, and comply with all company policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of accounts receivable
  • Conducting and coordinating collection efforts
  • Collaborating with company’s various departments 
  • Producing and distributing monthly payment applications
  • Resolving billing discrepancies and handling client inquiries
  • Generating reports and providing analysis to management
  • Maintaining and enforcing company’s accounting policies and procedures
  • Other related duties, as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Strong understanding of billing processes and accounts receivable
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with accounting software; Deltek Vision experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
