Competitive Compensation - $16-$18/hr + Performance Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering outstanding service to members and patients
  • Primary goal of increasing memberships to achieve sales targets
  • Welcoming patients upon arrival and managing check-ins
  • Handling incoming phone inquiries
  • Re-engaging with former members
  • Staying informed about membership options and promotional packages
  • Supporting team objectives and fostering positive relationships
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the clinic
  • Confidently presenting and selling membership options
  • Keeping management informed of member feedback and adhering to policies
  • Openness to learning and personal growth
  • Accepting constructive feedback positively and using it for improvement
  • Previous office management or marketing experience is advantageous
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
