Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project execution by managing scope, timelines, and budgets for Engineering & Design as well as Engineering, Procurement & Construction projects within a multi-disciplinary, heavy industrial engineering consulting firm.
  • Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing processes to improve project delivery and achieve financial targets.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project/Construction Management.
  • Bring over 10 years of experience in a consulting engineering industrial setting.
Job Duties:
  • Ensure efficient project control, guaranteeing adherence to schedules and financial objectives.
  • Inspire team members to achieve project goals, maintaining accountability for their roles and project timelines.
  • Manage risks and project change requests to facilitate successful and timely project completion.
  • Conduct comprehensive project reviews, monitoring costs, schedules, technical aspects, and client relationship status.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Dedication to supporting our project teams and clients in achieving success.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven project management experience, including the ability to track and plan projects effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in leading projects and programs to completion on schedule and within budget.
  • Self-driven and decisive, with the capability to adapt to changing circumstances and competing priorities.
  • Ability to manage daily and weekly tasks to meet project and management requirements efficiently.
  • Skilled in reorganizing project tasks and priorities as needed to ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Experience in drafting and submitting budget proposals and recommending necessary budget adjustments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate proficiently with clients, designers, engineers, field staff, suppliers/subcontractors, and other contractors at project sites.
  • Willingness to travel to various client sites as required.
