We are looking for a motivated and experienced E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to promote our products and E-Commerce brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

 

Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Digital Marketing and Social Media:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing, to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Assist in the creation of content for our website and marketplaces, including product descriptions, blog posts, and other marketing materials.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure content is aligned with brand voice and messaging.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate with external teams, such as corporate partners and agencies, to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate marketing plans, objectives, and results to managers.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and social media.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • BS or BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field- or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
  • Working experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator); expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Effective presentations skills/confidence communicating strategies and results to leadership.
  • E-Commerce and/or Shopify experience a huge plus.
