Job Summary

The Retail Associate plays a vital role in the success of our store by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and assisting with various tasks to meet operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cashier: Process customer transactions, manage cash handling procedures, and provide information about Goodwill programs.
  • Textiles or Wares Producer: Sort and prepare merchandise for sale, adhere to Goodwill's pricing standards, and maintain a clean and organized backroom.
  • Donation Door Attendant: Accept donations, sort and distribute merchandise, and maintain a clean and efficient working area.
  • eCommerce Producer: Identify and secure high-value items for ClickGoodwill, stay informed about market values, and properly prepare merchandise for shipping.
  • e-Books Producer: Scan and process books, decide which items to send to ClickGoodwill or display in-store, and maintain a clean and organized inventory.
  • Rack and Cart Runner: Check and maintain quality and value of merchandise, colorize and merchandise the sales floor, and maintain a clean and orderly sales floor.
