Northwest Industrial Equipment Inc is seeking a friendly and dynamic Sales Representative to help manage and grow the business. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, excellent sales and account management skills, and 3-5 years’ experience with selling commercial heating equipment like heaters, oil burners, boilers, furnaces, and HVAC systems

Responsibilities:

·       Interact directly with customers while managing leads, providing estimates, and following up to close sales
·       Manage the customer relationship over the entire sales cycle, right from initial contact to final execution of the project and nurturing customers for repeat sales
·       Ensure complete customer satisfaction, while staying in constant communication with the customer and addressing their questions, concerns, or issues throughout the process
·       Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solution
·       Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with new and existing customers
·       Represent the company at various trade shows and conventions to build relationships, generate leads promote products
·       Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.

Qualifications:

·       Proven experience in sales, estimating, and managing accounts preferably in the heating and ventilation industry  

·       Proactive lead generation and prospecting skills
·       Strong sales, negotiation, active listening and communication skills
·       Ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships
·       Experience using CRM software and other productivity tools like calendar, email, etc.
·       Very strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
·       Ability to manage multiple customers, adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected events
·       Ability to travel 25% with occasional overnight stays.
·       Must have valid driver’s license, a good driving record and personal automobile available for use to make sales visits
·       Must be based in Seattle, WA metro area
