Position Overview:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base within the contingent staffing market. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales and business development, particularly in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and target new business opportunities within the contingent staffing market.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new clients by leveraging industry knowledge, market research, and networking opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform sales strategies and enhance Volks Resources LLC’s competitive edge.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals and profitability targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions to clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and ensuring the quality of service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of contingent staffing solutions and the staffing industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
