Role Overview:

We are searching for a results-oriented Regional Asset Manager with deep expertise in multifamily real estate and a passion for driving property performance. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational and financial success of our multifamily assets, leveraging market insights and strategic initiatives to enhance value and achieve our investment goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

-         Take charge of the financial and operational performance of our multifamily properties, ensuring they meet or exceed budgeted goals.

-         Develop and execute strategies to increase property value, focusing on revenue growth, expense control, and capital improvements.

-         Analyze and interpret financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and performance reports, to guide decision-making and optimize asset performance.

-         Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors in the Dallas and Austin regions to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

-         Manage relationships with third-party vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

-         Provide clear and concise updates to owners, presenting performance metrics, market conditions, and strategic recommendations.

-         Ensure all properties adhere to relevant regulations and company standards, maintaining a strong focus on compliance and risk management.

 

Qualifications:

-         A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.

-         At least 5 years of experience in asset management, with a strong focus on multifamily properties.

-         In-depth knowledge of the Dallas and Austin real estate markets.

-         Proven ability to drive property performance through strategic planning and financial acumen.

-         Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing vendor relationships.

-         Proficiency in property management software and financial analysis tools.

-         Willingness to travel within the Dallas and Austin areas as needed.
