We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Auto Sales Representative to join our team and help us drive our success.

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting a vehicle that suits their needs
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our vehicles
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our inventory and available financing options
- Negotiate sales prices and trade-in values
- Follow up with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and texts
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Process paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale

Requirements:
- Proven experience in auto sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

-Bi-lingual is a plus
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
