POSITION SUMMARY
The Auto Body Customer Service Coordinator at Town & County Auto Body Collision Center is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients. This role emphasizes establishing strong relationships with customers and offering insights on various auto body services, products, and pricing, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience that encourages customer loyalty.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITSThis full-time position within the automotive sector offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package, which includes a 401K plan, medical and dental insurance, as well as vacation and sick leave.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Efficiently manage incoming customer inquiries through phone and email communications
- Proactively reach out to both current and prospective customers
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and concerns
- Utilize company resources to provide accurate pricing and delivery information
- Simultaneously manage multiple customer accounts
- Relay customer feedback to the management team for process improvements
- Exhibit proper customer service practices
- Proven ability to engage and assist customers effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
- Demonstrated organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of working independently under pressure
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
