The Company: VIP Traveler, launched in 2020 under the guidance of highly experienced, successful co-founders to help people travel better, through the ultimate combination of human connections, service & technology. VIP traveler is already a dominant player in the luxury travel space, and has been prominently featured in Forbes, Dr. Phil, and Condé Nast Traveler.
The Opportunity: Join a growing team on the next phase of our growth, working with some of the best sales minds in the world, where you can leverage your years of industry experience and demonstrate your ability to close deals, bring in new business opportunities and help create a buzz at industry events.
Being a key hire, there is the opportunity to build and manage our sales team to help scale VIP Traveler’s unique product offering.
Your Responsibilities:
- Research target partners in key locations, including a detailed understanding of their unique selling points
- Develop and sustain strong hotel partner relationships
- Educate prospective hotel partners on VIP Traveler’s unique benefits
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Negotiate with partners to achieve exclusive rates & benefits for our members
- Represent the company in the region, build the company’s profile with key influencers (e.g., tourism bureau, hotel associations, etc.)
- Drive results for partner properties by working across departments with our advisors aka stylists; and the marketing team.

- Flexible to travel as needed (up to 50% of the time)
Nice to Have:
- A track record of building successful teams.
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations.
- An existing rolodex of industry relationships with commercial decision makers (ie DOSM / GM / DOR) for luxury hotels & chains.
- Experience in negotiating non-standard contracts - eg flash, groups, performance rebates, barter etc.
Compensation:
- Competitive, based on experience and performance.
