We are seeking an Executive Assistant To The President And CEO to join our team You will provide high-level administrative support for an Executive at our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative needs of Executive
  • Arrange conference calls and meetings at C-level and VP-level internally and externally
  • Coordinate tasks and activities directed by CEO and Presidents and others as indicated
  • Interview applicants as required
  • Able to travel nationally and internationally
  • Be part of all CEO's meetings
  • Plan work-related travel details

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in Banking
  • Preferred experience in Finance
  • Preferred experience in Commercial Real Estate
  • Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communications skills both oral and in writing
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Preferred business related master's degree

Terms and conditions:

  • Compensation as a percentage of CEO's gross sales income
  • Independent Contractor 1099
  • US Citizen or lawful permanent resident
  • Must reside in the USA
  • Remote
