Stonebrook Exterior, a leading provider of high-quality roofing and construction services, and is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Team Members to join our team. As a Residential Sales team member, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the company's comprehensive roofing and construction services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, online research, and attendance at industry events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored roofing and construction solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct detailed presentations and demonstrations of Stonebrook Exterior’s roofing and construction services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Quoting and Negotiation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for clients, negotiate terms of sales, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with the project management and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction from initial contact through project completion.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the roofing, construction, or home improvement industry.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with roofing and construction products and services, as well as an understanding of construction principles and practices.
- Other: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
