HRIS Analyst Duties

Production Support/System Issue Resolution.

  • Research/resolve issues related to HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Attendance.
  • Coordinate inter-department data dependencies.
  • Recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.

Reports/Queries

  • Develop and manage reports or queries using ADP Workforce Now
  • Proactively develop standard reports for internal customer needs
  • Proactively maintain data integrity through audit queries

Projects/Process Improvement

  • Incorporate innovative solutions and/or policy changes into system solutions
  • Act as key liaison with third parties, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Act as project manager for assigned process improvement projects

System Maintenance

  • Review and testing of HRIS system upgrades or patches
  • Document process and results where necessary

Research and Development

  • Research and maintain current knowledge level of emerging HRIS trends and best practices, key technologies and delivery
  • Audit and recommend technical and functional training for core HRIS systems and technology
  • Represent Unity Health Care, Inc. in user groups and conferences

Training

  • Develop job aids for procedures and/or guidelines
  • Train internal clients on new processes/functionality

Audit & Compliance

  • Regularly audits HRIS for compliance and accuracy
  • Assists with reporting or data extraction for organizational audits
  • Performs other duties as assigned
