We are currently seeking to hire a Business Sales Development Manager to join our team You will be responsible for generating sales leads, producing new business contracts, and maintaining existing contracts and relationships with established clients within the assigned territory to increase company revenue.

Responsibilities:

 

  • · Generates and produces new driver staffing business for the company.
  • · Adds sales leads and enters sales activity and communications into CRM daily.
  • · Follows up on all sales leads and schedules and participates in weekly customer meetings.
  • · Generates open work orders and establishes new clients while continuing to service existing clients.
  • · Responsible for overall sales plan and administration of sales efforts within assigned territory.
  • · Assists in the services provided to customers.
  • · Conduct cold calls, office visits, and meetings with new prospective clients.
  • · Personally involved in initiating sales for the company and creating long term contacts
  • · Maintains strategic relationships with local business alliances that benefit the company.
  • · Responsible for effective implementation of sales planning, lead generation, telephone and email, and effective and professional communication with prospects & customers
  • · Assists and participates in collection activities on accounts.
  • · Fully endorses and consistently supports company policies and procedures.
  • · Assists in quality assurance protocols and compliance with all D.O.T. regulations.
  • · Serves such other functions as may be directed by senior management of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields required. Previous sales in truck or trailer leasing, or transportation sales are a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
