Coordinator will play a critical part in ensuring invoicing is accurately and timely processed. The ideal
candidate will have experience in financial or administrative positions. Critical Thinking skills will be

Role Responsibilities
- Invoices are received timely and are accurately coded for processing
- Reconcile invoices and enter into billing system
- Follow Workflow and comply with Supervisory sign off procedures
- Proactively identify problems and concerns and follow up appropriately
- Respond to questions from internal and external sources about invoice payment status
- Maintain documentation of procedures, deadlines and other key communications
- Identify and escalate billing or payment issues to senior management when appropriate
Other Responsibilities
- Participate in company-wide and departmental projects and initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Data Entry and Filing
- Must be able to manage time effectively and independently complete projects
- Education, Experience and Skills Required
- HS Graduate or equivalent technical school education
- 3+ years recent experience in administration, finance or operations
- Excellent communication skills including an excellent command of English (speaking,
reading, writing) - Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff
- Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Attention to detail, exceptional organization and problem-solving skills

reading, writing) - Must be able to work between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday through Friday
