Position Overview

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Addressing a range of inquiries that require clarification and/or unique considerations.
  • Verifying sponsorships as they are received and maintaining accurate records.
  • Compiling billing information for confirmed sponsorships to be submitted to the finance department on a weekly basis.
  • Updating billing details as publishers modify their sponsorship agreements.
  • Managing the comprehensive sponsorship document to monitor all related components.
  • Sending reminders to ensure confirmations are received as initial deadlines approach.
  • Distributing additional prospectus to interested publishers or those who have participated in previous years without recent sponsorships.
  • Creating and sharing a timeline email for confirmed sponsors.
  • Collaborating with the team on publisher hotel arrangements.
  • Issuing reminder communications as deadlines near regarding outstanding sponsorship obligations, logos, missing author registrations and assets, and other essential information.
