Sales Representatives will be expected to build relationships with buyers and administrators in a wide variety of businesses to sell 3Chi products. This includes contacting customers, pitch and explain products for sale, provide any requested information or answer to questions that a customer might pose regarding our product. The primary responsibility is to sell our product, develop business relationships and when necessary, address customer concerns.

Skill Requirements:

· Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs

· Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network

· Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers

· Physical endurance, as Sales Representatives may need to be on their feet for long hours, spend a lot of time traveling between locations and carry products.

Experience and Education Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred or comparable work experience

· 2+ years outside sales experience. Bonus if selling to convenience stores, health stores, small "mom and pop" stores, smoke shops, beverage industry etc.

· Must be willing to travel up to 100 percent of the time, (local travel)

· Strong computer skills and understanding of CRM

· Self-motivated and self-directed

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills
