SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for opening new accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers in the Indianapolis area. As we transition our benefits and technology stack, you will receive support from our management team, including guidance from a former top sales representative at Bruske Products.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate new leads and develop new accounts in the Industrial Manufacturing Market.
- Educate potential customers on our products and services, and how they can benefit their operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, demonstrating new product offerings to increase customer retention.
- Identify new areas of growth within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
- Prepare reports and forecasts on sales activity and provide updates to management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a manufacturing sales representative or in a related field.
- Established relationships within the Industrial Manufacturing Market.
- Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and grow existing ones.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
