Job Duties
- Checking in telemedicine urgent care patients who have scheduled appointments
- Assigning a Marque medical provider to complete their virtual urgent care visit
- Communicating with patients via text, call, and email
- Creating and verifying patient medical charts and health insurance
- Act as a liaison between Marque urgent care clinics and virtual patients

Ideal Candidate Has
- Outgoing personality, professional manner, and the ability to be calm under pressure
- Strong computer skills
- Great references that can attest to your customer service and multitasking skills

Requirements
- 1+ year in a medical front desk or customer service role

Preferred
- Bilingual
- Bachelor's Degree
