Qualifications:·         Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or 3PL industry.·         Diverse logistics experience, including retail logistics, international shipping, or supply chain management.·         Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.·         Tech-savvy with an understanding of CRM systems, client portals, and automation tools.·         Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure and motivated to achieve high earnings.

Compensation:This role offers a competitive commission-based compensation structure with the potential for high earnings based on performance. Base salary negotiable for the right candidate.
