Roofing Sales Representative

Role:
You will engage with clients in Tucson, focusing on converting both company-generated appointments and your self-sourced leads into successful roofing contracts. A key aspect of your role is adherence to our established sales processes to ensure consistency and quality in client interactions.
Responsibilities:
Manage and convert sales appointments scheduled through our marketing efforts.
Utilize Risi Roofing's sales processes to effectively present and sell roofing solutions.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Achieve sales targets through both company-provided and self-generated leads.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the roofing industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a drive to generate new business.
Proficient in using company sales processes and tools.
Ability to analyze sales data and adapt strategies accordingly.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
Commission: 25% of profit after labor and material costs for company-generated leads; 40% for self-generated business.
