Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull PLLC seeks an experienced legal assistant for its litigation department in Little Rock. The job is multi-dimensional and fast-paced. Organizational skills, the ability to prioritize work, and attention-to-detail are must-have traits for this position. Candidates must be dependable, self-motivated, self-directed, and proficient in computer technology, electronic court filings, file maintenance, and general day-to-day functions of supporting multiple attorneys.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of legal experience working in litigation.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills are critical.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, support multiple attorneys, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of court rules, calendaring, e-filing, and filing procedures for Arkansas state and federal courts.
  • Proficiency in computer technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
  • Willingness to learn policies and protocols surrounding electronic court filings, document review, and database entry.
  • Willingness to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Working legal knowledge of general civil cases preferred.

Salary/Benefits: Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, parking, generous paid time off (PTO), and paid holidays.

Start Date: Immediately

Hours: Standard office hours are 8:30–5:00 M–F with one hour for lunch. Some after-hours work may be required.
