Overview


As a Salesforce Administrator at Dogtopia, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining the critical technology used in each of our daycares. You’ll work closely with several business units including Operations, Finance, Marketing, and within IT to enhance, maintain and support the Dogtopia Hub – the daycare management system used across our network to manage each daycare location.


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new Salesforce functionality within Hub.
  • Participate within the agile process as a subject matter expert on Hub functionality for grooming and estimates.
  • Provide support to our 250+ locations on Hub functionality.
  • Continue integration of Dogtopia’s Salesforce with our credit card processing partners.
  • Enhance functional integration between Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Analyze impact of new Salesforce releases on Dogtopia’s implementation of Salesforce.
  • Recommend best practices on the use of Out-of-the-box features of Salesforce within Dogtopia.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Adminstorator or equivalent certifications.
  • Minimum of 3 years as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Experience with Experience Cloud is a plus.
  • Every Dogtopia employee, including anyone who must visit the Support Office or other Dogtopia work locations, attend in-person meetings with Dogtopia employees, franchisees, vendors, and/or other external partners, and/or travel as part of their job duties, must provide proof of vaccination. Any new hires who are not already fully vaccinated must be fully vaccinated during their first 90 days of employment and provide proof of the same.
