This role requires a strong engineering background with essential certifications including Marketing Cloud Administrator and Marketing Cloud Developer. The candidate should be proficient in creating and troubleshooting APIs, and expanding the use of distributed marketing concepts. Key skills include optimizing SQL queries, JavaScript proficiency, and content creation.

Essential Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field, or equivalent experience
• At least five years of experience in analyzing business challenges and converting business needs into technological solutions, considering system performance, usability, quality, interdependencies, and scalability
• Minimum of three years in developing and executing Marketing Cloud automation
• Experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, and Automation Studio for at least three years
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices
• Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions and creating custom integrations on the Salesforce platform, along with required Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
• Ability to customize Salesforce applications using custom objects, workflows, validations, and formulas while adhering to best practices
• Experience in planning and managing activities related to delivering solutions in a large-scale distributed internet-facing environment
• Familiarity with data storage technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure SQL
• Minimum of three years of experience with SQL Server 2008 or above
• At least three years of experience in one or more of the following:
• Full-stack web development experience with the .NET framework 3.5 or above, including C#
• MVC and Microsoft Entity Framework 3
• Experience in implementing enterprise applications using platform services like Azure App service, Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus, notification hubs, event hubs, stream analytics, Cosmos DB, Redis Cache, IoT Hub, application insights, etc.
• Strong technical understanding of the .NET Framework and IIS, along with other middleware components
• Experience in designing and developing websites in a multi-platform distributed environment
• Proven problem-determination and resolution skills
• Knowledge of problem management, change management, and other IT processes
• Experience with SCRUM or other Agile methodologies
• A strong passion for developing high-performance sites and mobile applications.

Additional Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Email Studio and Automation Studio
• Experience in content building
• Familiarity with Journey Builder and personalizations
• Experience in leading socializations and rollouts
• Ability to manage ongoing requests
• Strong experience with APIs
