As the VP of Supply Chain Strategy, Planning & Execution, you will play an integral role in identifying, evaluating and implementing transformational initiatives that will sustain, optimize and constantly enhance supply chain capabilities in a rapidly evolving environment. You will have functional oversight of supply chain strategy, network design and activation, operations excellence as well as oversee flow execution for 250M+ units worldwide annually. You will build an excellent, and technology enabled operations culture, that supports and fuels long-range growth plans. In addition, you will inspire, develop and lead your team to deliver sound analytics/operations excellence that exceed customer expectations, optimize spend, and deliver innovation.

responsibilities include:

· Create and implement a 5 year supply chain strategy; this entails frequent interaction with C-suite/executive leadership and strong delivery presentation skills

· Performing in-depth analysis to define network design and capability plan; leading strategic business analysis to define and sequence capabilities in order to meet short and long-term goals

· Leading key initiatives including network analysis and simulations, long range capacity management and network activation

· Building supply chain modeling capabilities to enable strong end-to-end decision making between the supply chain and logistics functions as well as across the enterprise

· Enabling end-to-end operations excellence by leading a team to identify opportunities and prioritize continuous improvement projects across multiple locations

· Evaluating and securing appropriate funding for growth initiatives including operating expenditure, capital expenditure, etc.

· Overseeing the planning and execution of Global Supply Chain including pre-season planning, freight priorities and mode selection, network inventory balance, predictive inventory movement/placement, floor set movement and coordination

· Designing, aligning and deploying appropriate inventory execution models

· Driving supply chain efficiency/effectiveness as well as solutions to meet ever changing customer service expectations; pushing innovative solutions for the betterment of our Customers as well as in support of the overall business strategy

· Ensuring integration of strategy/process with various cross-functional partners across the Company, including but not limited to Corporate Strategy, Production & Sourcing, Digital Commerce, Technology, Store Operations, International & other internal support teams

· Fostering collaborative relationships with other leaders and serving as a role model for thought leadership; demonstrating strong personal alignment with the Company's core values of People, Passion, Innovation, Integrity & Teamwork

· Effectively recruiting, onboarding and assimilating top talent; developing skills and building knowledge within the team to increase bench strength and future succession capability

· Defining/developing the capabilities and enablers for the "supply chain of the future"; testing new scenarios and equipping operations to be ready to perform against heightened capabilities

· Developing, prioritizing, sequencing and managing supply chain capabilities; developing a transformational program plan to manage change across the supply chain and enterprise

· Working with the enterprise strategy team to explore opportunities on M&A integration, business case development, long- range capacity planning needs

· Coaching and leading teams through a wide array of topics including business strategy to the tactical execution of the strategy; providing expertise on complex topics, leaning on past experience and know-how to guide others to meet or exceed goals

· Setting the appropriate tone for the organization and effectively managing through periods of change with positive attitude despite ambiguity

· Interacting with external vendors for the delivery/development of supply chain technology, and/or as a point of resolution on current integrations and platforms

· Other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or supply chain field. MBA preferred but not necessary.

· Minimum of 12+ years of experience within Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics with progressive scope of responsibility, application on a global scale preferred

· Experience working with a large, global organization preferred

· Experience serving as, or potentially working with Executives for commercial, inventory/merchandise planning, technology and ecommerce

· Strong understanding of warehouse management/order fulfillment systems, and transportation management methods

· Deep knowledge-base of data-driven analytics, metrics, KPIs to measure and drive results

· Demonstrated experience leading a diverse, high-performing team which includes fostering "ready now" talent as future successors for key roles

· Experience effectively managing large budgets including capital expenditure and growth projects/initiatives

· Ability to travel, including international from time to time.
