We are a dynamic, industry-leading manufacturing company headquartered in Huntington Beach, CA dedicated to providing top-quality products and services to our customers for the past 40 years. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent organizational and analytical skills to join our Sales & Marketing department. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and tech-savvy individual with the canny ability to manage a variety of administrative sales tasks simultaneously and with ease. Previous experience in the Wellness & Beauty industry is a MUST Preferred candidates will have experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Conduct market research and retail analysis and assist Sales Reps with new item setups
  • Assist with planning and execution of new product launches, campaigns, and initiatives; Provide support on accounts, prepare materials, presentations, and proposals
  • Fulfill request templates for product samples, materials, and reports for Trade Shows; Coordinate scheduling and booking of vendors pre/during/post Trade Show
  • Provide weekly analysis of team’s sales and future forecasts; Produce monthly Sales Reports
  • Assist Graphics department with re-branding and update marketing materials
  • Organize structure of product testing requirements and timelines with Quality and Engineering teams
  • Participate in marketing appointments including buyer meetings, store visits, and account management
  • Provide back-up support to internal departments during busy seasons (i.e., facilitate order processing, administrative accounting tasks, customer support, shipping, and purchasing)
  • Maintain continual contact and nurture professional relationships with important customers and vendors
  • Manage outside manufacturing rep agreements; Review and update current contracts to market standards

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited University
  • 2-3+ years of work experience in Sales management of mass retail accounts, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Exceptional organizational, written, verbal, problem-solving, and time management skills are a MUST
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, and independently manage workflow/ responsibilities while working in a team setting

  • Strong working knowledge of SAGE Database Software (ERP/CRM); MS Excel, Word, and Outlook software; EDI/Merchants; CommerceHub; SPS Commerce; PowerPoint, Google Drive, and various other programs related to the manufacturing industry; ability to adapt to program or software updates and changes

This is a full-time, on-site position. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:30am-4pm.
