Our company’s reputation is on the line on a weekly basis and because of that we are looking for a strong Event Production Manager.

Purpose of the Position: You would be responsible for all aspects of executing an event or multiple events. You will work with a team of Designers and Salespersons and once a client books an event, you will manage a team that will pull all inventory for the event, make sure the floral team executes the Designers plans and schedule your event staff to ensure you have enough people to execute the design. You will manage a small team of 3-12 people. This position supports the overall growth and on going success of the company and the brand.

Full time position: Muesday-Friday 9am-6pm MUST WORK WEEKENDS SINCE EVENTS ARE ON WEEKENDS. 

 Duties & Responsibilities:

- MUST have 2 years of Event Experience (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT)

- Have been in a manager role in the past

- Must Schedule Warehouse Staff and Event Staff

- Must know the Industry and have a Design understanding

- Develops and maintains workflows to communicate with other departments to execute an event.

- Delivers high level of customer satisfaction through event execution.

- Maintain products and inventory with Warehouse Manager.

- Stay up to date with industry trends

- Helps with purchasing of materials such as furniture, vases, fixtures, lighting accessories and all other materials required for event design.

- Ensures that the safety and design standards are followed in all the projects.

- Able to multi-task and be flexible in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

- Comfortable with travel and working extra hours to meet project deadlines.

- Speak English and Spanish (preferred)

- Self driven, team player, flexible, dependable, and ethical

- Strong work ethic and communication skills

- Clean Driving Record and reliable means of transportation and Regular reliable attendance

- Detail oriented and organizational skills

- Take direction and follow directions

- Position Responsibilities and requirements

- Able to Load and unload box truck in the most efficient and space-saving manner

- Able to lift up to 50lbs by yourself

- Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.

- Report to Owner and Designer
