The Equity Compliance Project Manager will be trained to understand federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management and Analysis: Perform data entry, data analysis, and apply data analysis techniques to support program development and decision-making.
     
  • Contract Compliance: Learn and apply contract compliance practices and subcontractor inclusion standards related to equity in contracting.
     
  • Reporting Systems: Support and enhance the JBJ Management Reporting System (B2GNow) and project implementation under the Program Director's guidance. Ensure reporting requirements are met with data integrity and accuracy.
     
  • Vendor Management: Conduct vendor reviews and negotiations, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
     
  • Compliance Monitoring: Oversee JBJ Management’s client compliance with Equity Compliance Programs, including reporting requirements, standards, and project subcontracting goals.
     
  • Stakeholder Support: Assist internal stakeholders and key suppliers in advancing program goals.

 

Qualifications:

- Strong numerical and analytical skills.

- Ability to learn and apply complex regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency in data management and analysis tools.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.
