Requirements of the Import Agent - Billing:
- One year office experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skill
- Must have a positive attitude and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to work overtime and weekend/holiday, flexible with schedule
Responsibilities of the Import Agent - Billing:
- Data entry (Truck bills, etc. )
- Issuing invoices, scan and save data
- Communicate with team members and customers
- Make customer billing statements
- Making copies of import documents Other related duties will be assigned
