If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you to join our team as an inside sales rep with the opportunity to develop into an outside sales rep after proven performance.


NO REAL ESTATE OR SALES EXPERIENCE NEEDED


Mandatory Schedule of Mon, Tues, Fri 5-9 pm, Sat & Sun 11-5 pm. Additional hours and opportunities are available


This is a work-from-home position, but you must live within 30 miles of Tampa FL.

Compensation:

$20 hourly + bonus

Responsibilities:
  • Build rapport and relationships with sellers as our initial point of contact for all inbound leads
  • Follow up and nurture leads in our database
  • Keep lead information updated in our database
  • Set appointments for Outside Sales Reps
  • Submit offers for the Outside Sales Reps as needed
  • Develop sales skills by working alongside Outside Sales Reps, to move into an Outside Sales position after proven performance.
  • Reporting metrics daily/weekly
Qualifications:
  • You must be able to be relied upon to work a set schedule of Mon, Tue, and Fri 5-9 pm EST, and Sat and Sun from 11 am-5 pm EST
  • Additional hours and opportunities may be available.
  • No experience needed
  • Must be a strong communicator and sound great on the phone
  • Must be driven for success
  • Must be empathetic and a good listener but still be able to move someone to the next step
  • Must be eager to learn
  • Must pay attention to details and be a great notetaker
  • Must be able to type and use a computer efficiently
