What You'll Do:

  • Craft Unique Menus: Design and implement exciting new recipes and menu items that reflect the vibrant flavors of Mediterranean cuisine.
  • Lead the Team: Oversee and inspire a dedicated team of kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of food quality.

What We're Looking For:

  • Passion for Food: A genuine love for Mediterranean cuisine and a desire to create exceptional dining experiences.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of kitchen management experience, ideally in fine dining or a similar high-quality setting. Experience managing a commissary kitchen is highly desirable.
  • Strong Kitchen Management Skills: Proven ability to effectively manage a kitchen, including overseeing daily operations, coordinating staff, and ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Creativity: Strong culinary creativity with the ability to craft innovative and delicious dishes.
