About the Role

Work for a Top 50 national insurance brokerage’s New England region as a Senior Commercial Insurance Account Executive. With the local service team at capacity, they need your expertise to handle the onboarding of new accounts, daily service issues, renewal management, and client consultation. Here’s a quick spec on the nuts & bolts of the role.

  • Location: Hybrid schedule from Lowell, MA or Portsmouth, NH.
  • Experience: Minimum three (3) years of experience in a similar Commercial P&C agency client manager role. Middle market account expertise (minimum $10k revenue accounts; more preferably $25k-$30k+ revenue account proficiency on average).
  • Licensure: Active P&C insurance license.
  • Portfolio: Mostly a generalist book with accounts across various industries the agency specializes in to include construction, real estate, technology, human services, manufacturing, education, and more. 

Duties & Responsibilities

For new and renewal clients:

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with your accounts.
  • Expand relationships with various insurance carriers.
  • Market services to accounts.
  • Perform account administration.
  • Handle renewals.
  • Address and resolve any problems/concerns that arise.
