Staffing Solutions Enterprises is working with one of our major clients to assist them in finding a cash applications specialist In this role you will work closely with their accounts receivable team by matching invoices and billing sheets. Job Responsibilities:
  • Support cash apps team for state contracts.
  • Retrieve invoices via email/lock box and match the payout sheet from the client that lists services.
  • Match the invoice and apply the cash appropriately.
  • Solve paysheet discrepancies and payout sheets that may not much.
  • Calculate the discrepancy and figure out how much the payout should be.
Requirements:
  • Have strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience with cash applications.
  • Previous experience in ERP systems.
