Los Angeles, United States Ad Leverage Full time
Job DescriptionJob Description

Media Coordinator

Culture:

We are a passionate people and a flat, non-political organization. Everyone on the team is a senior-level subject matter expert, and respected as such. This means we are always collaborating and experimenting to find the best results possible in an unbiased way, and everybody can + should lend experience to our collective goals of growth for our clients, each other, and our agency. However everyone has different styles, and that's respected as well. If you are your best self when left alone to grind on your strategies, or super vocal and engaged and want to work directly with your clients and other SMEs, you're empowered and entrusted to do whatever you please to create your best work. Every 1st Friday that's a no-work day at all, called a FriCAY (like vacay). That of course went really well for team happiness + health, so we doubled down + recently declared ourselves an Unlimited PTO organization. Building company culture is a little trickier when you're mostly virtual, but we try to get creative in staying connected with interesting virtual events, without mandating awkward socialization.

Benefits + Work/Life Balance:

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Off Every 1st Friday Of The Month... Yes, An Additional 12 Days PTO Per Year

  • Competitive Pay

  • Paid Time Off

  • Paid Holidays

  • Health Insurance

  • 401k

  • Free MasterClass Membership

  • No Meetings On Fridays

Who we're looking for professionally:

We are looking for a diligent Media Coordinator to join our broadcast team, offering vital support in the realm of media buying and campaign management. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our broadcast operations, from post-log management to reconciliations and market research.

Responsibilities:

  • Post-Log and Reconciliation Management: Handle the processing and verification of post-logs to ensure that media buys are executed as planned. Perform reconciliations to identify discrepancies and coordinate with media vendors for necessary adjustments.

  • Data Entry and Organization: Accurately input broadcast buying data into our systems. Maintain and organize records, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and readily accessible.

  • Market Research Support: Assist in conducting market research to inform media buying decisions. Analyze market trends and audience data to support the development of effective media strategies.

  • Vendor Communication: Liaise with media vendors and partners to gather necessary information and resolve any issues related to media placements.

  • Campaign Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the broadcast buying team during the campaign planning and execution phases.

  • Reporting Assistance: Help in compiling data and preparing reports that detail campaign performance and media spend.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including the digital media, creative, and accounts teams, to ensure a cohesive approach to media campaigns.

Who we're looking for personally:

Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have a keen eye for accuracy and are comfortable handling large sets of data. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be coordinating with various internal teams and external vendors. A proactive attitude and the ability to anticipate needs are key in this role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in media coordination, preferably in a broadcast environment, is a plus.

  • Strong proficiency in data entry and experience with media buying and planning tools.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and comfortable learning new software systems.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

As our Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our broadcast media campaigns. Your support will directly contribute to the effectiveness and success of our media buying efforts. Join us and be a part of a dynamic team that values precision and excellence in media strategy execution.
