We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team You will be responsible for paying all invoices and bills for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Review accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
  • Process invoice payments and transfers.
  • Develop, analyze and audit budget reports for spending insights and trends.
  • Create new processes to improve financial efficiency.
  • Manage process to ensure proper insurance coverage.
  • Prepare and maintain client forms and coordinate tax documents for filing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree with at least two years of accounting, finance or relevant experience. (Required)
  • Ability to process and manage multiple client tasks
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the requirements of technical accounting, consolidation, financial reporting and tax filing prep.
  • Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
