Job Summary: Providing continuous support to the staff and administration. General duties include, but are not limited to typing, faxing, and filing.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; some college education preferred.
  • Experience with electronic organization and task completion systems required (Microsoft Office Suite, electronic healthcare records: if applicable…etc.)

Skills

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Customer service skills
  • Organizational and prioritization skills
  • Able to determine and recommend solutions to problem areas.
  • Must recognize, retain, and preserve confidential information.
  • Knowledge and experience working with general office equipment (multi line phone system, copier, & fax).
  • Must have knowledge of common office software products to manage schedules and paperwork.
  • Must be able to speak clearly over the phone and in person to communicate with both colleagues and clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
  • Maintaining files
  • Welcoming visitors to your office
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Taking and delivering messages
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
  • Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees as needed.
