**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assists Faculty, Staff, and Students with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of Microsoft Surfaces, peripheral equipment, and software within established standards and guidelines.
- Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with computing equipment and software.
- Works with Help Desk and Network Staff as appropriate to determine and resolve problems received from clients.
- Trains and orients faculty/staff on use of hardware and software.
- Recommends and / or performs upgrades on systems to ensure longevity.
- Assesses functional needs to determine specifications for purchases.
- Maintains classroom technology systems including projection systems, Crestron and AMX conferencing systems.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Technology.
- Associates degree or equivalent software industry experience
- Experience supporting Windows 10 and 11
- Experience troubleshooting hardware/software issues on various platforms including Surface and mobile devices
- Experience with Microsoft MDT and Intune platforms
- Experience with the Microsoft Office 365 management
- Experience troubleshooting basic network, software, and printing problems
- Customer Service Experience a must
