The Paralegal will be responsible for providing legal support and paralegal services on a wide variety of moderate to complex legal matters related to estate planning and administration. Duties will include but are not limited to asset collection from client and financial advisor, review and summarization of client financial documents, assisting with the administration process, preparation of documents for attorney meetings and assisting with any relevant court filings.

No prior experience is required but always appreciated.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal documents
  • Legal writing and research
  • Following up with clients
  • Gathering asset documentation
  • Schedule and manage court filings in timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Strong legal writing skills
  • Good organization skills

Appreciated and Valued

  • Either an associate's degree in paralegal studies or bachelor’s degree
  • Strong legal research skills
