Assist the Community Association Managers (COA) with physical, financial, administrative, and public relations management. In addition, assist the COA with the community Board of Directors in enforcing the corporations bylaws, declaration, rules, and regulations.

Looking for a qualified candidate with at least 1 - 3 years of experience who demonstrates the following skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and good judgment.
  • Desire to work as part of a team with a strong focus on client needs.
  • Proficient with Google Drive, and Google programs such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Gmail.
  • Experience with AppFolio is preferred.
