Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as a Customer Liaison for all project-related questions or concerns, maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
- Coordinate with the Contract Coordinator on pricing estimations before seeking approval from the company president.
- Schedule projects immediately after receiving the deposit and notify the Field Supervisor to prepare for the visit before assigning employees to the project.
- Confirm customer availability a week before the project date and provide a 24-hour deadline for customer confirmation.
- Respond to all emails or text messages within 24-48 hours upon receipt and always cc the team; urgent matters must be addressed immediately.
- Communicate with the direct report or general contractor when project issues arise during execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, and report any safety violations to the direct report.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring accuracy in all related documents.
- Provide daily or weekly status updates to the direct report at their discretion.
- Evaluate and prepare materials needed for the project with the Field Supervisor the day before starting the project (or sooner if necessary).
- Ensure project updates are communicated with the direct report and updated in the internal system (CRM) by the end of the day, including uploading project photos.
- Manage the internal "Projects" software to update all projects daily.
- Maintain attention to detail, work under deadline pressures, apply sound logic and judgment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exhibit customer-service orientation, take direction from management, and maintain discipline through the appropriate chain of command.
- Focus and multi-task in a busy environment, handling stressful situations calmly and professionally; profanity and personal conversations with customers (e.g., about religion or issues) are unacceptable.
- Visit the project site when a claim report is submitted and provide follow-up communication to customers while updating the CRM system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in waterproofing and decorative design.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but optional.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record essential.
- Proven ability to take initiative, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact successfully with individuals at all organizational levels and customers while serving in a leadership capacity.
- Ability to record production and work data through detailed reports.
- Aptitude for providing constructive feedback to employees and devising efficiency improvements.
- Maintain a consistently positive attitude with a strong drive for knowledge acquisition.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Physical Requirements and Working Environment
- Regularly required to use both hands; frequently required to stand, sit, stoop, talk, hear, and communicate verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to constantly walk, stand for the entire shift, and reach with both hands and arms.
- May occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to climb stairs, ladders, or ramps regularly.
- Willingness and ability to wear proper clothing and maintain grooming standards.
- Job performed in various environments (indoors and/or outdoors) and may involve exposure to adverse conditions such as extreme cold or heat for extended periods.
- Ambient noise levels range from quiet to moderate, with the potential for elevated noise levels during portions of the shift.
- Must be able to hear clearly with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must have reasonable vision (glasses/contact lenses/correctable vision acceptable) and be able to distinguish colors.
