We are seeking a highly motivated Accounting Clerk to assist our growing accounting team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will handle a wide range of duties to support the full accounting cycle.
Daily tasks will include:
- Responding to emails from vendors & customers.
- Compiling & organizing documentation for Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
- Assist in invoicing customers.
- Assist in posting payments made and received.
- Run reports and manipulate information in Excel.
- Data entry
- Assists in final audit before filing
- Help answer phones in accounting office
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor degree required.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Familiarity with QuickBooks a bonus.
Detail-oriented, reliable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
