DRC is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Assistant in our Costa Mesa showroom. Our staff works as a team and we share the focus of delivering the utmost service through our daily interactions with our clients, vendors and internal team members. Job Duties:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

· Prioritize tasks throughout day while making our clients number one

· Prepare shipping/routing materials

· Register, maintain and organize client files

· Assist sale associates on all aspects of orders

· Sales ordering, review of open orders weekly entering updates and communicating changes

· Data research and compilation

· Contact clients regarding upcoming shipments and orders

· Establish strong and loyal relationships with coworkers and clients

· Provide outstanding customer service to prospective clients, handling their needs and concerns with professionalism, compassion and understanding

· Produce high-quality work

Qualifications:

· Possess great planning and organizational skills

· Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

· Self-motivated and self-regulated (ability to work “autonomously” and produce results)

· Confident personality with excellent interpersonal and influence skills

· Capability of expanding quickly into larger responsibilities as the company grows rapidly

· Minimum 2+ years sales operation / customer support experience (design background preferred)

· Detail oriented; strong communication skills; team player

· Strong MS Office skills especially EXCEL, QuickBooks is a plus

· Ability to multi-task and handle consistent workflow

Job Requirements: Oral Communication, Written Communication, Math Aptitude, Organizational skills, Reading and Time Management.

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00-5:00. Some overtime required.

Physical Requirements: Responsibilities require frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, grasping, reading, and listening.

Required education: High school or equivalent; Associate Degree & design background a plus
