Email Marketing Specialist
REMOTE – ok with infrequent travel for special meetings/events to Toledo, OH

Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour W2 
Duration: 1 year assignment to start (potential to convert)
Schedule: 40 hours per week
o    Overview: This role shapes the workflow for a campaign and provides design guidance across different campaign touchpoints to ensure optimal design, language continuity and to maximize conversion funnel. 
o    Supports campaign reporting and optimization that can articulate where campaigns are / are not being successful and identifying opportunities for improvement. 
Duties:
o    Work with Leaders to create strategic marketing automation plans that are connected to key growth drivers and business initiatives
o    Tie marketing automation campaigns to setting strong KPIs that are measurable
o    Create workflows and pathways for marketing automation campaigns, outlining touchpoints and creating if/then user pathways
o    Design and implement high-quality, end-to-end marketing automation journeys within Microsoft Dynamics
o    Develop copy to support campaigns/ content marketing, ensuring wording and tone is consistent throughout various digital touchpoints
o    Coordinate the development of different marketing touchpoints (e.g. forms, emails, social, landing pages) to support campaigns
o    Monitor progress and effectiveness of the email campaigns and share insights and recommendations to enhance performance

Qualifications:
o    Marketing background with experience in running email marketing campaigns (3+ years)
o    Education Required: Bachelors Degree
o    Preferred tech: Email Marketing Tools, MS Dynamics, JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, Chrome Developer Tools
