Job DescriptionJob Description

Cantwell-Cleary is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Inside Sales Representative to accelerate sales and their career within a well-respected packaging supply company. Utilize a fully integrated inventory and client computer program to gain expert knowledge of our products and services. Work in a comfortable office environment with the support of our warehouse, sales, and management team.

Since 1914, Cantwell-Cleary has proudly provided exceptional service in the packaging industry. We supply the latest technology in packaging equipment, innovative packaging materials, and janitorial supplies.

Position Qualifications and Preferences:

· 2+ year sales or customer service experience

· Excellent listening, communication, and multitasking skills

· Experience cold calling and/or telemarketing

· Exceptional attention to detail, organization, analytical and time management skills

· Tenacious, winning personality

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning new computer programs

· Packaging, Paper, or Wholesale industry experience is a plus

Essential Job Duties:

· Be prompt, courteous, and friendly in responding to customers’ needs

· Answer questions about products, pricing, and services

· Place regular sales phone calls and emails to existing and potential clients

· Build relationships by anticipating and understanding client needs

· Innovate and share new ideas and opportunities to cut costs and increase sales

· Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse personnel

· Maintain accurate records on leads and customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
