Responsibilities

  • Understand project scope and goals
  • Understand project estimated budget of manpower and materials
  • Produce, maintain and exceed estimated project schedule
  • Run daily field operations including manpower, material, equipment and subcontractors
  • Manage total cost for projects
  • Produce monthly invoicing to clients
  • Manage several projects at a time
  • Responsible for ensuring that all assigned projects are carried out in conformance with company safety and quality policies.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Degree/College Diploma – Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
  • 5-10 years construction experience (preferred)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products and scheduling software
  • Thorough knowledge of civil and concrete work including utility and cast in place concrete (required)
  • Previous experience with running day to day field operations
  • Previous experience in project management and material procurement
  • Ability to navigate through RFI and submittal process
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to motivate others
  • Performs well under stress
  • Works well in a team and independently
