Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers and the Estimating Team by:
  • Acquiring necessary materials and equipment for construction sites
  • Grasping project scope and technical specifications
  • Preparing and submitting project documentation
  • Conducting quantity take-offs from construction drawings
  • Engaging and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors regarding pricing and scheduling
  • Formulating and upholding project timelines

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools, and Blue Beam software
  • Familiar with civil engineering and concrete construction, particularly in utility and cast-in-place projects
  • Capable of interpreting construction drawings
  • Exhibits a proactive mindset towards achieving project objectives and timelines
  • Operates effectively under pressure
  • Collaborates well in team environments as well as independently
