Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our Construction Manager to develop comprehensive project plans, quality assurance protocols, and health and safety guidelines.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing building construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Procure materials and equipment in a timely manner, coordinating with the project schedule and ensuring accurate quantities.
- Coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager as needed, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Work closely with employees to ensure satisfaction with all construction processes and monitor business results.
- Analyze construction issues and develop effective resolutions in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
- Identify potential delays or slippages in construction and report to the supervisor.
- Recommend preventive actions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
- Attend industry workshops, training sessions, and conferences to enhance professional growth and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Analyze RFI responses and process change orders efficiently.
- Generate construction progress and expense reports for management, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
- Establish project budgets and schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Monitor and control expenses within the established budget, identifying opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining quality and productivity.
- Complete daily reports on Procore, our project management system, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Travel to job sites as required, representing Gregor Industries, Inc with professionalism and expertise.
- Full-time position
- In-office, with travel to job sites as necessary
- Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Pet Insurance - eligible after 60 days
