Immediate opening for Administrative Assistant to support professionals in OHC’s U.S. subsidiary: Priority requirements include helping company professionals stay organized and organically connected with OHC HQ (in Korea); and completing tasks that allow executives to remain focused on more advanced responsibilities.

Position requires good judgment; strong communication and interpersonal skills (English and Korean); attention to detail; strong office system skills; the ability to work with all levels within the company in US and Korea; and local work permit, such as U.S. permanent residency or citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate meetings including video call with HQ

• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.

• Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence

• Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents.

• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

• Respond to HQ's local requests in the US.

• Support HQ's expatriate and business personnel dispatched to the US.

Qualifications

Education
- Preference given to graduates of universities located in the United States

Language

- Korean & English (Both languages are at a level equivalent to Native)

Background & Experience

- Experience working at a medical institution (hospital/clinic/laboratory, etc.)
- Experience working at MSO (Management Service Organization)
- Experience working at a global company

Preferences

  • Spanish/other foreign language proficiency
